Conveniently close to downtown and the aquatic center, this charming end unit features new stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, efficient heating and new flooring. Coffee, tea & instant oatmeal provided.

Good to know

This is a small apartment, accessed by 8 steps down from the alley carport. It is in a triplex near the Snohomish Historic district. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, futon/sofa that folds down into a full-size bed, and full bathroom.

Other Details to Note

For your convenience, there is instant oatmeal, coffee and tea. Plus, we usually have a few small snacks and drinks for you to enjoy. There is also a clothing steamer for your use. Laundry use may be possible. Inquire with hosts if needed.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind , and no pets on the property, inside or out. Violation of these policies will incur a $250 penalty. There is only parking for one car in the carport. Please do not try to fit a second, or block others in by parking in the alley.

This was my 3rd stay at Jared's place and as usual, it was fantastic! It's cute and cozy and just perfect for my stay in Snohomish. Only a few blocks from cute downtown! I live in Arizona so being in a neighborhood full of green grass, trees, and flowers is such a treat for me. Super comfy bed, great shower (huge plus for me!), and kitchen full of almost everything you need to cook. I had a tiny issue with the internet my first night and Jared responded in literally minutes after I contacted him. Excellent host, excellent stay. I will definitely be back again soon! Thanks, Jared :)))

Jared's place was perfect for us with family only a mile down the road. The apartment had everything we needed. Jared responded quickly when we had a Wi-Fi problem- was fixed real quick. It was nice to have some snacks and coffee there. Laundry room was very convenient! Thanks Jared- was a great stay!!

We offer 1 free parking space in the carport (accessed from the alley between Avenue C and Avenue B). Street parking is also available. Neighborhood is walkable, and there is a bus stop 1 block away on Avenue D.
