Jared was friendly and communicated well. The space was cute and check in was so easy, and the neighborhood was cute as well. Snohomish is charming, the downtown area was an easy walk and there were cute restaurants and cafes. The cherry tree in the yard was blossoming while we were staying and it was so beautiful and smelled amazing.

Going to snohomish was such a great experience and being at Jared‘s, made it so easy to walk to town and to experience the quaintness of the shops to experience it all.
I would definitely stay there again… Jared is a great host, very responsive and always wants to make sure that you stay is top-notch!

This is a great location and a perfect set up for anyone passing through or staying a while. it was clean, quiet, and Jared was great at communicating everything we needed. Definitely will try and book here again!

There is so much to love about this place. Great comfy bed with awesome sheets and good pillows. The bathtub did NOT disappoint. So. Much. Hot. Water!! The towels were clean but didn’t smell like bleach. Which is good!! Everything was very clean. Very very clean. The small set of stairs are just right. Few steps and a landing pad in between. I recommend this place to couples and single occupants. It was a perfect stay.

Jared was extremely responsive and diligent in making sure I knew every detail I needed and checked in about halfway through the trip to see if I needed anything. Will definitely be back!

This unit, while small, has EVERYTHING you need for a short stay. It's super clean and nice. Jared responded very quickly and accommodated an earlier check in time. I would definitely definitely recommend this spot.
